Mould Casting & In-situ Moulding in Sydney

We cast moulds from original sections and run cornices, corbels, ceiling roses and ornamental detail, either bench-cast and fixed in place or run in situ on the wall to match the existing exactly. A single damaged section can be reproduced without replacing the whole piece.

Common questions
Can you match an existing cornice or ceiling rose?
Yes. We take a mould from an original section and reproduce the profile exactly, then cast or run it in situ so the new work is indistinguishable from the original.
Do I have to replace the whole piece if only part is damaged?
No. We can reproduce just the damaged section and blend it into the existing run, which keeps as much of the original as possible and costs less.
