This semi in Sydney's inner-west was the perfect candidate for a cement render renovation. Built in the early 80's and not standing out for many reasons at all, the owners decided to engage us to render the exterior facade and add reticulated Quoins and reticulated corbels moulds.
The increased market value led to it being quickly sold once the three week renovation was complete!
